This whole sham, conducted in back rooms, using strong-arm tactics, and thinly veiled bribery of other legislators (Nelson, Landrieu, Dodd, etc) from both parties. The recent action by HHS Secretary was undoubtedly a directive from the White House, in an effort to get a large insurance business to bend to the will of the Administration.
